Step 1: Click here to navigate to IB's main page. Log into the "Account Management" portal with your IB username and password.
Step 2: Click profile picture, select "Customer Service".
Step 3: Select CHAT.
Step 4: IB has a knowledge base you can search. Type into the search box and click Submit Question. If the answer is not found, please click continue to Chat.
